"Will did an exceptional job designing a full-height extension on the back of our existing 1930s property. Will’s award-winning design skills are usually deployed on large corporate projects and million-pound houses, but he took our modest 1930s house and gave us all the space and light we could have wished for, making room for a huge kitchen and a capacious loft with 2 extra bedrooms. He expertly guided us through planning, builder’s contracts, and project planning so that we came in on budget. We’ve now got a beautiful forever home that has the genuineness of the 1930s original, but with all the space of a bespoke new build. We are thrilled with the results"

"We approached Will at Randall Architectural to explore the options of extending our 1970's semi detached house. Will used his skills to provide us with many options to enable us to test the financial viability with potential contractors. We are now in a much better position to make an informed decision to which way we would like to go with our future extension and we will be asking Will to design, manage and submit our planning application in the future. we can highly recommend him"

“Using Will for my plans was a great choice. He understood the brief fully and was able to add value to my ideas by suggesting possible cost savings and more economical and effective uses of space, I would highly recommend Wills services”
